Changes to State Tournament Rules

We need to make a change in the wording of Section 3-B to say that clubs with over 24 members may send 10 Jr. Anglers to the State Tournament. Sec. 12 needs to change the wording regarding use of restrooms. Needs to say—if a Competitor must use the restroom, on lakes with multiple restrooms they may use the one closest to their location.

Sec. 19 Change the wording concerning pairings.  Needs to say---There shall be two junior contestants in each boat, with only one from any club per boat
