| The 2003 spring regional
tournament was moved from the Belpre pool on the Ohio river |
| to
Rocky Fork Lake because of high water and unsafe conditions.162 anglers
competed for two |
| days
in continuous rain, but still managed to catch 292 bass weighing a total of
539.07 lbs. |
| Kevin Martin
with Galia County managed to catch the big bass of the tournament weighing
5.20 lbs. |
