Discussion: 6 person team tournament- tabled for next year, not enough time to get it going for this year.
Discussed regionals and aproved Columbus BM to fish our regionals this year do to a scheduling problem with their regionals.
| Meeting Minutes October 4, 2011 Members present 9 Clubs represented: Allen Co. Bm. St. Marys Bm. Trophy Bm. Wyandote Bm. Discussed new proposal for the 2012 season to take back to the OBF board meeting scheduled for 11/5/11. St. Mary's and Trophy Bm. presented two options to take to board meeting. Ron Farmer had given his resignation and Steve Taylor was voted in to fill that position. We will miss Ron. 2012 meeting dates April 3, 2012 and October 16, 2012 October date was voted on to move it back two weeks for getting paper work in to OBF. Reported by Mike Hanes |

Wyandot BM and Clear Fork Valley BM passed on hosting regionals. Northwestern Ohio BM to meet and decide wheather to host 2010 Regionals at (attentively) at West Harbor on April 24th and 25th, 2010
Two meetings for 2010 Dates are April 6th and October 5th, 2010
April meeting is for election of one Director (Ron Farmer term expires) and Assistant Regional Director, Regional Pairings and October is for all paperwork and moneys to be turned in.
