Use
the TBF form and make 2 copies. The OBF dues for 2008 are $25 I am getting roster updates without FLW numbers and you need to get those in to me ASAP as they receive them. Members can go to the FLW website, log on with your Email address and password then click update profile, highlight the name, membership number, and expiration date then cut and paste to an Email. If you are renewing just forward me a copy of the conformation email. I am getting too many with out the numbers and I don't have time to send each one back and it cost too much. Each member can also just send me the number if you did not have it when the roster was sent in. Please use this Email address. Secretary Sue If all else fails call FLW @ 270-252-1000 with your name and number and they will fax you a receipt. The club secretary can fax a list of names and numbers to 270-252-1001 and they will confirm experation dates and return by fax or Email receipt. |
